From here, we will discuss the improvement of working culture in recent years and its implication for the future.

Especially after the pandemic, when there were massive and crucial changes in how we work, where we work, and when we can work!

Will we see fewer working days, longer maternity leave, and embracing working environments? Or worse, nothing is actually changing!

At the beginning of the session, I will give some intros about the topic and discuss the issue between us as usual.

I hope we can have a lively discussion with many exciting exchanges of opinions and ideas between participants!
