《重要なお知らせ》
OWLプログラムは2024年4月より新規登録を停止しておりますが、2027年3月をもってプログラムの運用を完全に終了することとなりました。
運用終了に伴うポイント認定および修了証の発行スケジュールについて、以下の通りご案内いたします。
プログラム終了までのスケジュール
・運用終了時期： 2027年3月末
・ポイント認定・修了証発行： 2027年3月まで
在学中の活動であり、活動を証明する資料があれば、過去の活動であってもポイント認定が可能です。ぜひ期限内にポイントを集め、修了証を取得してください。
OWL修了証は、就職活動や大学院入試の面接等において、国際リーダーとしての成長を証明する客観的な資料として有効に活用いただけます。
Important Announcement
The OWL Program stopped accepting new registrations in April 2024. We are writing to formally notify you that the program will officially terminate in March 2027.
Accordingly, the accreditation of OWL points and the issuance of Certificates of Completion will also conclude in March 2027.

・Program End Date: End of March 2027
・Final Deadline for Point Accreditation & Certificate Issuance: March 2027
Note on Point Accreditation:
You can still apply for points for past activities as long as they were conducted while you were enrolled and you have the supporting documents. We strongly encourage you to collect your remaining points and obtain your certificate before the deadline.
The OWL Certificate can be used as official proof of your growth as an international leader during job hunts or graduate school interviews.

京都大学 国際高等教育院OWLプログラムは、学生に 「世界中どこででもやっていける」という自信と
たくましさを涵養し、リーダーシップ、問題解決能力、持久力、柔軟性をかね備えた国際人の輩出を目指します。
"OWL" stands as an abbreviation for Orientation for World Leadership, meaning competency needed for international activities. This International Leadership Program of ILAS, Kyoto University, intends our students to cherish self-consciousness and toughness to get along everywhere globally. We aim to foster open-minded persons geared up with leadership, solution-orientedness, endurance, and flexibility.

OWLとは？
■OWLとは？
プログラムにサインアップして、OWL対象イベントに参加すると、その都度ポイントが付与され、15ポイント以上集めて少なくとも1回以上OWL認定の海外渡航をすると、国際リーダーとしての能力および適性の獲得を認定する京都大学のOWL認定書が交付されます。皆さんの国際関連活動のポートフォリオであり、客観的な認定証なので、就活や院試面接にも活用できます。 OWL 認定証をもって世界へ飛び立ちましょう！
Being signed up to the OWL Program, whenever the student joins one of the OWL events, points are given to his/her account. When he/she has collected a minimum of 15 OWL-Points and went abroad (for an academic opportunity) at least once, a OWL-Certificate, attesting the acquisition of his/her abilities and aptitudes befitting an international leader, can be downloaded by him-/herself. This portfolio and the objective certificate of your world-related activities would help you propel your career as an international leader!

◆OWL認定済みイベントの総カタログ
◆OWL認定に関する変更点
2025年4月より、OWLのポイント認定方法が変更となります。
これまでは認定済みイベントについては自動的にポイントが付与されていましたが、2025年4月以降は、認定済みイベントについても、個別の申請に基づき確認・審査を行った上でポイントを認定いたします。
つきましては、活動を証明する資料を添付の上、以下のフォームよりご申請ください。
Changes to OWL Point Certification
Effective April 2025, the method for OWL point certification will change.
Previously, points for certified events were automatically awarded. However, starting April 2025, even for certified events, points will be awarded only after individual applications are reviewed and approved.
Therefore, please submit your application using the form below, attaching materials that verify your activity.

※学内イベント等で活動を証明する公式な資料がない場合は、ご自身で作成した任意の活動報告資料（イベント名、開催日時、主催団体、活動内容を記述）を提出してください。
If official documentation to prove your activity is unavailable for internal university events, etc., please submit a self-created activity report (including the event name, date and time, organizing body, and activity overview).
